Our Purpose:

ReNew KC Neighborhoods is a Missouri Nonprofit Corporation 501(c)(3) Public Charity

ReNew KC Neighborhoods is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Sections 501(c)(3), 170(c)(2)(B), 2055(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended or the corresponding section of any future United States Internal Revenue Law, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations described in Section 501(c)(3) and 170(c)(2) of the Code. The Corporation’s purposes include, but are not limited to, any purposes set forth specifically in its Articles of Incorporation.
